This brand new training center is just over 8000 square feet including a half basketball, batting cages, power and core training area, and a strength room consisting of new Hammer Strength weight equipment, kettle bells, resistance bands, and slam balls. Customized training can be developed for nearly every sport. Located next to the Hilton Garden Inn at South Glenstone and James River Expressway.
