SPEED/TRACK SATURDAY with Josh Dennie
Price: $35 per session
Time: 1:00pm-2:30pm
Come join Josh Dennie for a speed/track clinic at Redline Athletics. This speed and track clinic will focus on running form and mechanics, foot speed, arm drive, explosiveness, balance, coordination, stability, acceleration, etc. Ages 8-18 welcome! Get some work in before the next season. Bring good shoes and a great work ethic!
